Sell tickets with Gigroo
For venues, promoters and bands: list your gig, set your price, get paid through Stripe.
How it works
- Sign in with your email: no password, we send you a link.
- Create your event: venue, date, lineup and ticket types. It’s saved as a draft.
- Connect payouts with Stripe so ticket money goes straight to your bank.
- Publish. Your show goes on sale and appears across Gigroo’s city, genre and artist pages.
- Scan tickets at the door from any phone, and download your attendee list.
Pricing, simply
You set the ticket price and keep all of it. Buyers see one all-in price that includes our booking fee: a $30.00 ticket shows as $32.20. No surprise fees at checkout, as Australian consumer law expects.

Common questions
How much does it cost?
Nothing to set up. Buyers pay a booking fee of 4% + $1 per ticket on top of your price, shown inside the all-in price. You receive your full ticket price: we pay card processing out of the fee.
When do I get paid?
Each sale goes to your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays it into your bank on its payout schedule. Your balance and payouts are in your Stripe dashboard, linked from Gigroo.
What do I need to get started?
An email address to sign in. For payouts, a Stripe account: about five minutes with your bank details and ID (and your ABN if you have one).
How do tickets and entry work?
Buyers get tickets by email, one QR code each. At the door, open the scanner in your dashboard on any phone: Android scans with the camera, iPhone takes the typed code. Each ticket checks in once.
Can I sell VIP or package tickets?
Yes. Tick “Package / experience” on a ticket type and describe what’s included. Packages also show under Experiences on the artist’s page.
