Getting to the show, and using this site, should work for everyone.
Accessible tickets
Shows sold on Gigroo: email hello@gigroo.com.au before you buy with the show and what you need (for example wheelchair space, a companion ticket, or seating near an exit). We’ll arrange it with the organiser.
Shows sold by another seller: contact that seller’s accessibility team: they manage accessible allocations for their shows.
Venue information
Where a venue has published access information (entry, toilets, viewing areas, contact number) we show it on the venue page and on the pages of artists playing there.
This website
- Everything works with a keyboard, including the date filters, calendar, ticket picker and review form.
- Pages use proper headings and landmarks, images have text alternatives, and colours meet contrast guidelines.
- Prices are always shown in full, including fees, so there are no surprises at checkout.
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA. If something is hard to use, tell us and we’ll fix it. See also help.
